PURCHASING ITEMS FROM SITE OWNER

Site Owner does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that product packaging depicted on the site will match the actual product that you receive.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from the Website are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, SHIPPING
If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response in 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order – less the initial shipping costs. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping. The following items cannot be returned: Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned), and/or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
If you purchased from one of our retailers or distributors – returns should be coordinated through that company according to its return policies and procedures. Receipt is required.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and email it to us at ahoufenaturals@gmail.com.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item based on a packaging error on our part, we apologize and are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item based on mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. We will provide a return label for the item that was incorrectly shipped. We will then ship you the correct product.
RETURN POLICY
We are committed to your satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. When you purchase Ahoufe Naturals products that are new to you – we recommend that you purchase 1 oz. trial/travel size prior to purchasing full-size products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot re-stock them after they leave our facility since we cannot guarantee contents have not been compromised. Hence, all sales are final.
REVIEWS
Ahoufe Naturals may now or in the future offer users of this website the opportunity to create, build, post, upload, display, publish, distribute, transmit, or submit a product review through the website (a “Review”).
